Provider Relief Fund Phase 3 Grant

Dear clients and friends,

Yesterday, you may have received notification that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), will be distributing up to $20 billion in Phase 3, as part of ongoing efforts to offer financial support to healthcare providers for expenses and lost revenues attributable to the COVID 19.

Even if you received funds from HHS previously, you may be eligible to receive an additional amount. It’s not terribly clear how much you’ll receive. From our research, it will depend on the following factors:

  1. The total number of application for phase 3 funding.
  2. Whether or not you received the full 2% of your 2019 collections already. (Even if you did, you may still be eligible for more funding based on the next factor).
  3. The reduction in your profit in the first six months of 2020 compared to 2019. (Virtually all of you).

Keep in mind this is a grant and does NOT need to be paid back. Though it is taxable, it could help strengthen your financial condition as you recover from the effects of COVID on your practice.

If you’re a client of PracticeCFO already, and would like us to apply on your behalf, please complete this short form.

Thanks!
